Pelvic Organ Prolapse & Robotic Surgery
If you feel pressure, heaviness, or a bulge, pelvic organ prolapse may be the cause. In simple terms it's like a hernia coming through the vagina. Treatment options include conservative approaches with pelvic floor exercises and pessaries or pelvic reconstruction with either a vaginal or robotic surgical approach.
Bladder Control & Overactive Bladder
The two most common types of bladder leakage are stress incontinence (leaks when you cough, laugh, or exercise) and urgency incontinence (a sudden strong need to go that can cause leaks). Both are common as people age, but many treatments, like exercises, medicines, and advanced therapies, can help you regain control and confidence.
Chronic Urinary Tract Infections (Recurrent UTIs)
Recurrent urinary tract infections are often caused by treatable issues such as post-menopausal vaginal pH changes or incomplete bladder emptying.
